MICHAEL FRANCIS CHARTERS, SR.
On Thursday, July 26, 2007 of Springfield, VA. Beloved husband of Joan M. Charters; father of Michael F. Charters, Jr., Steven John Charters and his wife, Debra J. and the late Kevin John Charters and Tara Shaun Charters; stepfather of Raymond Moriarty and his wife, Kathryn; brother of Mary O'Dea, James Charters and the late John J. Charters, Jr. and Katherine Charters; grandfather of Adriene and Stephanie Charters and Jennifer and Shannon Moriarty. Relatives and friends may call at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 7600 Old Keene Mill Rd, Springfield, VA on Wednesday, August 1 from 10:30 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon. Interment Arlington National Cemetery, Thursday, September 27, 2007 at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Institute of Health, Kidney Research.
