Michael Gallahan Obituary

Of Alexandria, VA passed away on October 25, 2024. He was born to the late William Brandt Gallahan and Marjorie Frances Gallahan, July 7, 1941 in Alexandria, VA. Mike went to Groveton High School. He married Mildred Neitzey in 1967. They lived together in Alexandria for 54 years before Millie passed away in 2021 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Mike is survived by three children; Michael Gallahan Jr., Michelle Gallahan and Marjorie Gallahan. He had 8 siblings. Mike enjoyed maintaining his classic cars, attending car shows and cheering on Notre Dame. He was a long time member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. The viewing will be held on Saturday November 2 at 10 a.m. at the Jefferson Funeral Chapel. The burial will take place at noon at Mount Comfort cemetery.

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He was one of the good guys. Whenever I think back to my high school days, Mike always seems to pop up.
