On Tuesday, December 24, 2002 of Alexandria, VA. Brother of Mary Frances Hughes, Joseph Seubert, Robert Seubert and Elizabeth Hayes. Also survived by 18 nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Saturday, December 28 from 11 a.m. until 12 Noon at St. Gabriel's Church, 26 Grant Circle, N.W., Washington, DC, where Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 12 Noon. Interment Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Community Living Alternatives, 100 N. Washington St., Suite 300, Falls Church, VA 22046. Arrangements by DeVOL.
