MICHAEL JAMES SPRAGUE (Age 71)  
Of Port Tobacco, MD died September 29, 2012 at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, DC of lymphoma.Born October 11, 1940, in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late John Lindsey Sprague and the late Matilda Roeper Wood.He is survived by his wife Karen; daughter Kristen Burke and her husband Robert "Bob" and their two sons Casey and Tyler of Chaptico; son Michael J. Sprague, Jr. and his three sons Michael, Mitchell, and Maxwell of St. Leonard; brother John L. "Buddy" Sprague and his wife Carol of Port Tobacco; mother-in-law and father-in-law Arthur and Ruth Comstock of Indian Head; nieces and nephews Lois (Sprague) DiNatale, Christina (Sprague) Adams, John L. Sprague, and Joanie (Sprague) Heinze; brother-in-law Chris Comstock; sister-in-law Lynne Comstock Wheeler, and sister-in-law Ruthie Comstock Knights. He was preceded in death by his brothers-in-law Arthur A. Comstock and John D. Comstock, and nephew Andrew J. Boyd.Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., October 3 at Williams Funeral Home, Glymont, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held October 4 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Star of the Sea Church, Indian Head, Monsignor Oliver McGrady officiating. Burial will take place at St. Charles Cemetery.
