I totally lucked out having Michelle as my aunt during my pre-teen years. Not only did she provide terrific clothes from her job at Casual Corner, but she also taught me how to "shoot the moon" in Hearts --a skill that has served me well for many years and made me a few dollars along the way.

When I visited her a few years back during a business trip to Columbus, we both cracked up to learn we had the same favorite Chardonnay -- seemed a funny coincidence with all the great wine we've tried.

Her sudden death, and so close to my mother's death, was both shocking and sad. I was lucky enough to have my mom for 40 years-- I am saddened that Erin and Brian were not given the same.

Hope she is in a wonderful place and playing cards with my mom :-)

Michelle was my youngest sister. She was here a few months ago and stayed with us while we had a family get-together after another sister's death. It was quite a shock to hear that she had died. I had talked to her just days before her death. My family and I will always remember my baby sister.

I was very surprised to hear about Michelle. Our history goes back to third grade and our paths continued to cross over the years. The last time I saw her was around 25 years ago. But it was because of her that my ex-husband looked me up, which led to our marriage and the birth of our son. So she had a big effect on my life. i'll remember her fondly. It is so sad to lose someone at such a young age. She will really be missed.

I was saddened to learn of Michelle's passing. We were good friends in high school. Over the years our paths would cross infrequently. She had a good heart and a quick wit. My sympathies go to her family.

Michelle was a devoted mother, loyal and generous friend, and loving sister. It is so unfortunate that she died at such a young age. We love you and will miss you very much.

God bless you, Michelle.

Michelle and I called ourselves the "honors dummies" at Immaculata High school in Washington, DC. She was actually pretty smart though because she graduated a year early and went on to college. We haven't been in contact since the late 60s but I will still mourn her passing.

Our last contact was over 30 years ago. But I just thought of Michelle on June 25 . Heard something on the radio about Case Western...
Michelle and I were friends in grade school and high school. I still pass the old house on Patterson when in DC visiting my Mom.
Many fond memories, lots of fun and mischief!!
So sad to hear of Michelles premature passing.
