MIRIAM MUSHER
Miriam Musher died in her sleep on September 22, 2021 at the age of 94. Born in Washington, DC, she graduated from Eastern High School, married Jerome Musher "Jerry" and raised their family in Silver Spring, MD. For years, she worked side-by-side with Jerry in their business. After he retired, she began working in the flower department of the Giant Food off Piney Branch Road, where she made many friends.Predeceased by her husband, Miriam is survived by her two sons, Joe (Amy) Musher and Larry (Gracie) Musher; two granddaughters Nicole (Marc) Goldberg and Lisa (David) Mendell; four great-grandchildren Samantha and Jenna Goldberg, Max and Hank Mendell.Graveside services will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021, 11 a.m. at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Adelphi, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to B'nai Israel Congregation in Rockville, MD. Services entrusted to Sagel Bloomfield Danzansky Goldberg Funeral Care. www.sagelbloomfield.com

Joe and Larry, I remember your mother fondly. She was a charming and caring person. I met her many decades ago through her sister Lil Kushner, even before I went to school with Joe. I used to run into her at the Giant as well, and she always greeted me warmly. Zichrona l'vracha, may her memory be for a blessing.

One of our mutual friends sent me a copy of the obituary. My memories of her was that she was sweet and loving. Ninety four is too soon when she is your mother. So sorry to learn that she passed. May her memory be a blessing.
