Natalie Berry Obituary

Natalie P. Berry, 80, of Bowie, MD, passed away peacefully at her home on June 20, 2025.

Born in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Pierce Napoleon Price and Anna Bell Lee Price. Natalie was a graduate of Eastern High School and DC Teachers College. She dedicated her life to education, teaching in the District of Columbia Public Schools at Grimke and Garrison Elementary Schools before retiring. She later returned to the classroom to teach 3rd grade at Seat Pleasant Elementary in Maryland.

Natalie was the beloved wife of the late Robert Lee Berry and a loving mother to Robin Berry Crawford, Cynthia Berry Cunningham, and Robert Lee Berry II. She was known for her warmth, friendliness, and deep love for family and friends.

She is survived by three children, one sister, 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Saint Gabriel Catholic Church, 26 Grant Circle NW, Washington, DC 20011. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass at 11 a.m.
