I am very sorry to hear of Norb's passing. He and I worked together on many projects when he was at the EPA, and I worked at the FCC in Washington. He was a very personable guy, and I always enjoyed talking and working with him. I haven't been in touch with him since we both retired, but I am very sorry to learn that he is no longer with us. RIP, Norb.

Most of the time I spent with Norb was at family gatherings with Elaina and the rest of the family. It was wonderful spending time together.
