NORMA LEE WISE (Age 78)
Of Richardsville, VA passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017, at UVA-Culpeper Hospital. Mrs. Wise is survived by her husband, Gary M. Wise, Sr.; her children, Debra Ann Wise, Gary M. Wise, Jr. (Cynthia) and Wendy M. Palensky (Michael); grandchildren, Clifton W. Johnson, Nicole L. Sampson, Brianne L. Palensky, Hailey M. Palensky, Emily E. Palensky, Madison P. Palensky; a great-granddaughter, Alana L. Sampson and a sister Martha Lippard. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home Saturday, August 5, 2017, at 3 p.m. with burial in Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD, Monday, August 7, 2017 at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to Faith Baptist Church, 2033 Tucked Away Place, Lignum, VA 22726. Online condolences may be offered through clore-english.com. Clore-English Funeral Home, 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper, VA 22701 has been entrusted with arrangements.

Dear Gary and family -- I just heard about Norma's passing from Helen Lanham. I'm so sorry for your loss. I will never forget Norma's sparkling blue eyes and wonderful laugh. You all were such great neighbors. We had so many fun times in Barker Place, our little corner of Lanham. Wishing you all the best and giving you my deepest sympathy for Norma, may she rest in peace. My heart breaks upon getting word of Norma's passing. Although I never got the chance to meet her, we had some wonderful conversations on the phone when we found each other researching our family. Her laugh was infectious, and her love of family shined through. With deepest of sympathy my prayers to her whole family. Love to all.
