On April 2, 2003, OWEN C. DILLON, M.D., of Potomac, MD. Beloved husband of Pauline Y. Titus-Dillon, M.D.; loving father of Denyse S. Hamilton, Esq. and husband, Dion Hamilton and Paul C. Dillon, M.D. and wife, Cynthia Dillon; brother of Barbara Y. Dillon. Also survived by six grand- children, one niece, two nephews, three grand nieces and one grand nephew. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2003, 12:30 p.m. at Howard University Andrew Rankin Chapel.
