Suddenly departed this life on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Rockville, MD. She leaves to mourn two daughter, Chiffon andTira McRoy and one son, James III. She also leaves 10 grandchildren, one great-grandchild (Buttons), three sisters, one brother, six step-sisters, four step-brothers, a long time companion John Duffin Jr. and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Monday, November 22, 2004 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 608 N. Horners Lane, Rockville, MD from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Arrangements by SNOWDEN FUNERAL HOME.
