On Thursday, July 20, 2006. Beloved companion of Richard Blackard; loving mother of Kathy (Adam) Johnson, Cindy Hettenhouser, Christopher Schulze, Jason and Tonya Blackard; daughter of Isabelle and the late William Courtney; grandmother of Christopher, Tyler and Paige Schulze; sister of William, Louise, Florence and Annabelle. Relatives and friends may call BORGWARDT FUNERAL HOME, 4400 Powder Mill Rd, Beltsville, MD, Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where service will be held Monday, July 24 at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
