Diana, it is with great sorrow and sadness hearing of the passing of Pat. He was always bigger than life to a young sophomore wrestler on the Blair varsity wrestling team. I´ll never forget horsing around during practice and trying not to get pinned under our great heavy weight team captain. He was always careful not to hurt me! Pat was a true gentleman and he was loved by all including my late brother Billy who always looked up to him. He will be missed by all. Please reach out so we can catch up after all these years and share some memories. Mike Grinder

Dear Diana, Many years ago, Pat & I worked together at the Red Lobster in Falls Church. We were the best of
buddies, but along life's way, we lost touch. I remember once when you came with Pat to a log cabin I lived in - in Clifton, VA and it was a fun party with all of our Red Lobster buddies. We were all in our early 20's and so full of life and plans. I remember he wanted to be a fireman and I realize now that he was able to accomplish his dream. For some reason, out of the blue, I looked him up today and was stunned to see his obituary and his big old smiling face. I am so sorry for your loss. Pat was one in a million. Please know that he was thought of fondly for many years by an old friend. I know he adored you. Please take care. Sincerely, Becky Brill (Keenan)

Pat, we are all going to miss your smiling face at our family gatherings. Your presence was one of strength and enduring love for your family. Who is going to take your place as Santa at Christmas? No one can replace you. You will be missed and always remembered fondly. Rest in Peace, Love Diane and Han
