To the Burke Family,
Sincere condolences. I will always remember Paul with great fondness. I got to know him at the Olney Swim Center, where he made me feel welcome to join in the cameraderie of the "regulars" . He always had a joke to tell, or an encouraging word. I only wish I had known him longer.
May your memories, friends, family, church, and community sustain you in this sad time.

Mrs. Burke, Sharon, Kevin and Carolyn,
It was sad to hear of Mr. Burke passing. Growing up and having him as a
neighbor will all ways be a fond memory to me. One of the honours that I will alway's rember is when i grew up to be a adult that he wanted me to call him Paul. The friendship over the 40/50 years that he shared with my parents, sister and I belive set the gold standard what neighbor's should be!
Now he gone to play ball with the
Good Lord and may he rest in peace.

Mrs. Burke, Sharon, Kevin and Carolyn,
I'm so sorry to hear of Mr. Burke's passing. My parents had told me he was fighting cancer, but I had no idea it had progressed so quickly. My heartfelt sympathies and prayers go out to you in your loss. Mr. Burke was a wonderful friend to my father, especially these last couple of years driving my dad to dialysis twice a week. My own personal memory is of Mr. Burke helping me out of a depression after my first year of college when I couldn't afford to go back and basically sat on my couch for weeks. Because of him, I got out of that depression, went on an interview, and got back into life. I will always be grateful to him for that. May your memories sustain you and may he rest now in peace in the loving arms of God. God bless.
