We had been friends since 1959, throughout our college years, and afterwards Paul represented me handling real estate settlements for my budding building business. Soon enough we began to buy and develop property together, socializing as well as traveling with our families to warm spots seasonally. Aside from our work we were drawn to the water and boating, traveling back and forth on the east coast from Virginia to south Florida for many years. We shared lots of good times, loaded with laughs and fine spirits along the way. It was a very full life.
