Loving husband of Herminia Manapsal; devoted father of Rod Manapsal, Rosanna Mateo, Patricia Fritz, Josephine Inventor, Robin Manapsal and Cynthia Manapsal; brother of Dolores Esangga and Ester Manapsal. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends may visit on Sunday and Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at ADAMS-GREEN FUNERAL HOME, 721 Elden St., Herndon. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 12, 1:30 p.m. at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, 13807 Poplar Tree Rd., Chantilly, VA. Interment Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
