At A.I.D. in the 70's, I worked closely with Phyllis and she was truly a remarkable lady with remarkable skills. It is so sad to see she has passed on. She was like a 4-leaf clover friend - hard to find and lucky to have. She was truly one who brought joy and happiness to many - proving that kindness is a language the deaf can hear and the blind can see. My sincere condolences
to her family and many friends.
