Elder RAYMOND EUGENE ATKINSON
On Monday, February 7, 2011. Beloved husband of Mary Atkinson. He is also survived by two sons, three daughters, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation, Saturday, February 12 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service, 11 a.m. at True Grace Church of Jesus Christ, 205 V St., N.W., Washington, DC. Interment Heritage Memorial Cemetery, Waldorf, MD. Arrangements by HODGES& EDWARDS FUNERAL HOME.

To Atkinson Family,
I am just finding out that Raymond passed. This is very shocking to me. I've known Raymond for a long a time but had not been in touch for sometime. I am sad to learn of his passiing. May God bless all of you in your time of sorrow and give you strength to endure.

I worked with Raymond @ Blue Cross & Blue Shield for many years and also attended his church he will be missed. He is now in a place where there is no sick nor pain.
