Raymond Vanzego Obituary



VANZEGO RAYMOND J. VANZEGO, SR. On Saturday, January 12, 2008. Beloved husband of Margaret A. Vanzego, devoted father of Raymond J. Jr. (Vivian), Kevin A.(Atsuko), and Damian J. Vanzego. Beloved son of Bertha Vanzego and the late Joseph Vanzego. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Yayoi, Kahimi, Raiven and Elle Vanzego; five sisters, Joyce Barrett, Sharon Scott, Karen James, Debra and Towana Vanzego; six brothers, Winfred, William, Ricardo, Tyrone, Dirk and Eric Vanzego; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald, Stanley and Preston Vanzego. Mr. Vanzego, Sr., will lie in state at Holy Comforter-St. Cyprian Catholic Church, 1357 East Capitol St. SE, Tuesday, January 22, 10 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Services by STEWART.
