Reed Clark Obituary

Reed Paige Clark, devoted husband, father, grandfather, and public servant, passed away peacefully at the age of 96. Born to Reed Paige Clark II and Jeanne Bertrand. His childhood was spent across diplomatic posts before settling in Washington, DC.
Reed attended Georgetown Preparatory School and earned his degree from Georgetown University. He embarked on a 37-year career at the U.S. Department of State and was honored as the federal government's "Disabled Employee of the Year."
Reed was married to Phyllis Straub for nearly 65 years until her passing in July 2025. They raised five children: Bill (Michele), Jerry (Diane), Jeanne (Jim), Steve (Maricy), and Rob (Jennifer). Reed was a proud grandfather to 17 and great-grand-father to Rachel Clark.
A Mass will be held at St. Jude Church in Londonderry, NH on November 1, 2025 at 10 a.m., and a Memorial Mass at Georgetown Prep on December 6, 2025 at 11 a.m. Donations may be made to the Rotary Club of Londonderry.
