I went through grade school and Highschool with Richard. I remember going to sock hops and having fun dancing with Richard and his buddy Jeff Hanover. Those were sweet times. Richard was always so much fun to be around and had a really great sense of humor. I was looking forward to seeing him at our Southwest reunion. I know the world was a better place with him in it.

I was so saddened to hear of Dick's passing. We went through grade school and high school together and I remember that he was always wonderful to be around and a genuinely terrific human being! The world was a better place to have had him on it. I know he will be terribly missed.

So sorry! Richard Palmer called me last night to tell me! Dick and I went all through awful Sunday School at B´Nai Jehudah temple in KC. We were in a lot of classes together at Southwest, and I remember him as a really smart, nice guy! Am really happy you got together as I have fond memories, Carol, of you as well! Thinking of you and your family and wishing you all well! Marcia

I knew and worked with Dick Fogel for most of his 28 years at the Government Accountability Office and can attest to all he did to provide leadership for the organization and improve the operations of our government. Best wishes to his family who can look back and be proud of all he accomplished. Rest in peace, Dick.
