RICHARD RONALD TILLMAN "Billy"
Entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 18, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Ernestine Williams-Tillman; sister, Earline Tillman; two aunts, Margaret Hoes Hall and Mildred Weaver; a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Tillman may be viewed at Stewart Funeral Home, 4001 Benning Rd., NE on Saturday, July 2 from 1 p.m. until service at 2 p.m. Interment is private.
