In the late 50's & early 60's, my cousin Robert used to babysit me and take me to the movies with his friends when he was a teenager and I was just a little kid. We saw movies like the Blob, the Day the Earth Stood Still and Bridge on the River Kwai, all movies a little girl would love to see. (smile) I remember the people in the theater whistling the tune and marching down the aisles at the end of the movie. He never minded that I played with his train set that blew real smoke on the tracks set up in his room. I remember spending all my holidays at his house with his sisters Joyce and Lori and his older brother Richard. His father, my Uncle Eddie, would cook and sing in French, Alouette. His mother, my Aunt Anna, was the best mother in the world. Robert was blessed with a truly great family. I so appreciate the fond memories and time spent with them. God Bless them all. Rest in Peace my beloved cousin. Little Cousin Beverly

Thinking back to the early 1960´s I remember sleeping over at the Benoit household. Joyce and I are friends and we´d go out dancing in the city and then back to Shippen Street in NJ. Robert´s Dad would make us all breakfast. The best breakfast was his pancakes. He used to put vanilla in the batter. We´d all sit around the kitchen table ( me, Joyce,Richard ( I called him Benny), Robert and Robert´s Dad and enjoy every single pancake. It was a special time I´ll never forget

I worked with Ben many years ago. He was funny, kind, and unfailingly supportive. I have always considered him a friend and I mourn with you for your loss.
