CONTEE ROBERT EARL CONTEE On Tuesday, February 9, 2010 of Upper Marlboro, MD. Devoted husband of M. Elizabeth Contee "Liz"; beloved father of Gordon and Jane Contee. He leaves to cherish his memory six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at the ADAMS FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, Aquasco, MD from 10 a.m. until services 11 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Nottingham Myers United Methodist Church Building Fund. Arrangements entrusted to Adams Funeral Home P.A., Aquasco, MD

To Mr. Gordon Contee & Family, Words are so inadequate at this time but our sincere sympathy is extended to you, your mom, your sister and the family. We will also miss Uncle Robert as well but though he may be absent from the body we know he is present with the Lord and that in itself is a Blessing. Be Encouraged and Cherish the wonderful memories you and the rest of the family shared with him. We love you dearly and we thank God for allowing Uncle Robert to be with us for as long as he was. To The Family of the Late Mr. Robert Contee, Our thoughts and our prayers are with you all in this time of sorrow. We thank God for blessing us with the presence of Uncle Robert for so many years. We will miss his smile but the memories we hold so very dear of him will "Always" remain in our hearts. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. Be Encouraged and We Love you all so very much. May the memories of dear Uncle Robert bring comfort and peace to you. He is now free from pain and suffering and for that we give God the Glory. Keeping you all in our prayers.
