Dear Robert,
Wish you were here. You were a wonderful husband. You were caring, kind and a loveable man. You treated me like your queen. You opened doors for me. You never wanted me to lift anything heavy. You fixed dinner when I would work late. You washed dishes; and washed iron and folded clothes. You drove me to the metro or started my car so that I could drive to the metro. You were my everything and now you are my angel. I know you will always look over and after me. I miss you and I love you.
Always,
Your wife Debra

Gina, Dom and Mr. and Mrs. Smith -
Please accept my condolences for the loss of your loved one. I had the pleasure of meeting 'Uncle Robert" as Gina and Dom called him, and he was always gracious, kind and hospitable to me. He made me feel like a part of your family and for that I am grateful. God rest his soul. Love always.

When we lose someone we love, it seems that time stands still.
What moves through us is a silence, a quiet and aching sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more smile. We may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived and that you lived honorably making all of our lives richer by your presence. Your kindness, goodness and genuine care and concern for others touched not only my life, but many others. This is your legacy and the memories I carry of you will not be forgotten. I will always honor your memory by living my life as you lived yours.

I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU UNCLE ROBERT

You were the best brother-in-law anyone could have asked for. I will miss you so much. But I will always remember your smile and your kind words. Love you Terri Patterson

I love you Uncle Robert. I will try to live my life the way you lived - with kindness, gentleness, self-control, warmth, faith and authenticity. You are an example to so many. How you lived your life showed the world who you were - a man who lived your truth. Your electric smile is contagious and I smile because of it and because of a life well-lived.
