Some people love to do selfless things for others. It shows the type of person they are we who he helped will never forget him and the good that he did.It is so painful that such a kind and helpful person is gone and many will never get to know him. To his patient wife, we wish you peace and comfort, and his family family best wishes to all.

We will always honor and respect you as great person and doctor who genuinely cared for us your patients. And we genuinely loved you. 43 yrs is a long time to trust someone. Rest in peace the last time I came to a little over 2 yrs Jonea just turned 18 and you seen her anyway she was not feeling well. Even when I didn't have insurance and my mother would call you and say Dr. Dickey you know Jonea or Glennette is feeling well Antoinette don't want to call you but I told her to call anyway. You would hang up the phone, call and get on me for not bringing one of my daughters in to be seen. We give me enough samples for her to get well. When I had the money the next visit and tried to pay you for the last time when I don't have money you wouldn't take it. Love you always I've known you my whole life. Tears but we will meet again my friend you may seen Jonea by now she up there in heaven now.... 1 year now

The Thomas family will always love you. My brothers, sister and myself were one of your first patients and all our children and their children became your patients too. That says a lot about who you were as a person, doctor and friend. I'm now 48 yrs old. We would talk about 15 to 20 mins after my daughter's appointment about music all type of things. Take Jonea to the museums. Your outings that weekend before my daughter's appointment, like the Opera or a show you went with some friends you love this one piano artist. I pray GOD bless your family with his peace. You were the great doctor to my family and friends. May you rest in heaven, you will never be forgotten fir your warm smile and your heart that was bigger than you....lol

To the Best Family Pediatrician in the DMV you have cared for so many of my family members. I remember the days of catching the W4 to Marbury Plaza for Physicals as well as Sick Vists to driving my very own children to 16th St SE. I thank you for the late night return phone calls as well as your home remedies. There will never be a another one like you. I send my condolences and prayers to the Dickey Family.
