I was saddened to hear of Bob's death. We were high school classmates (River Rouge High School,Class of June, 1945). We shared many classes, ran on the track team together (he ran the half mile), hung out with the same crowd and I considered him a good friend though we saw each other infrequently in later years. The shared experiences of our teen years created a bond that lasts a lifetime. He will always live in the memories of his classmates. We recall his lifetime achievemsnts and honor his memory.
