As the President of PHRANC (Professional Housing Rehabilitation Assoc of North Carolina, I extend our condolences to the Santucci family. Mr. Santucci was inspirational as he shared his expertise and knowledge with many of our members. Many of them still refer to some of these documents and references today. So to the family, we pray that you all have or will find peace and comfort during this time of sorrow. Let the memories you have keep your family close to your heart.

Hello friends and family, as some of you know, my stepfather died late last year. I didn't share this with many, out of respect for Bob and our family... Here is a nice piece written about Bob from a couple family members that just was posted in the Washington Post. Bob is everything in this article and more to me... Bob entered my life in forth grade and was more than a stepfather to me. For the many of you that knew Bob, he could be a stern man at times, but he cared about his family and people in need. He taught me great work ethics, life long skills and lessons that I will take to my grave. He was the rock and the corner stone of our family. We lived a long life together and shared many great and tough times. I prefer to remember all the great times we shared together. I took care of Bob and Mom, that last two years of his life. Bob and I became closer than we ever were and I think he realized that he could fully depend on me for daily needs and support and I also feel that I had finally earned all of his love and respect. I was by his side until his last breath and did everything possible to make his last years good ones and to let him know that I would continue to take care the love of his life/my mom now with dementia, his business affairs and estate with integrity... This picture was taken at my wedding reception and that was one of many happy times for Bob, our family and friends to remember. I love and miss Bob everyday... My heart is broken, but it is time to be strong for Bob and our loved ones who depend on me to be fair and strong like Bob. We had a good life together and he did a great job teaching me how to be a strong, independent, caring, loving man... I'm now the rock and it's because Bob showed me how to be... He is missed by all of us dearly... I miss and love you Bob, your faithful and grateful son Tom... Old man take a look at my life, I'm a lot like you... Happy Birthday Bob! We love and miss you dearly, Tom, family and friends!!!
