My deepest sympathy is extended to all of Ross's family. There is no greater loss than the loss of a child/sibling in a family. Wishing I could comfort each of you in some way. My son David rode bikes with Ross and Michael worked at IBM with him.

Ross, you were a great person to work with and I will miss you very much. Your humor and intellect are hard to come by and I will hold on to the countless memories and experiences that you imparted with me. My thoughts go out to Church family and I pray you will find comfort through the support of relatives and friends over time.

Philip and Pat, I have no words. All I can say is that I will keep you and your entire family in my prayers every night. Pat you have always been special to me and I think of the memories we have of our sons playing together in the yard. I pray that you find comfort in these memories and know that I am always here for you and God is too.
Love you both,
Robert, Rob and Arlethia Monroe
