Ross Church Obituary
ROSS TAYLOR CHURCH (Age 26)
Of Fairfax, VA died suddenly on May 30, 2011, as the result of a motorcycle accident. Beloved son of Patricia and Philip Church, and brother of Joanna and Paul Church. Ross graduated in 2003 from W. T. Woodson High School, in Fairfax, VA, and in 2007 from James Madison University. After graduation, Ross began working for IBM in Fairfax, VA, where he was pursuing his master's degree in business administration. He loved his family and friends, his job and computers, his condo, his car, hot salsa, and spicy food. He is survived by his maternal grandparents, Joan and Jack Taylor of Jamestown, NY, and by aunts, Ann Church, Kerry (John) Eloshway, and Kristy Taylor; his uncles, Jon Church and James Taylor, and cousins, Amy and Michael Eloshway and Courtney and Scott May. He left many friends from high school and college, work and recreation in grief. We are grateful for the help and support of family and friends who helped us find him on Saturday, June 4, 2011. Ross' life was full of promise and ended much too soon. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the JMU Foundation at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 13, 2011 at the FAIRFAX MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA 22032 at 2 p.m. For obituary and directions visit: www.fmfh.com

My deepest sympathy is extended to all of Ross's family. There is no greater loss than the loss of a child/sibling in a family. Wishing I could comfort each of you in some way. My son David rode bikes with Ross and Michael worked at IBM with him.

Ross, you were a great person to work with and I will miss you very much. Philip and Pat, I have no words. All I can say is that I will keep you and your entire family in my prayers every night. Pat you have always been special to me and I think of the memories we have of our sons playing together in the yard.
