RUBY LADRIDO ALDERSON, of Felton, DE, died March 2, 2006 in Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Seaford. She was born on January 7, 1947 in Washington, DC, daughter of the late Isidoro and Nettie Stewart Ladrido. Mrs. Alderson had worked in the Department of Justice in Washington, DC until 2003. She loved playing bingo, cards and going to the slots. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother John Ladrido and a sister Delores McHaren. Mrs. Alderson is survived by three brothers Larry Ladrido of Bushwood, MD and John Ladrido of Waldorf, MD; three sisters Marta Long of Washington, DC, Millie McCall of Glen Allen, VA and Veronica Cooper of Felton; several nieces and nephews and extended family of friends. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, in the PIPPIN FUNERAL HOME, 119 West Camden-Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, where friends may call from 12 noon until service time. Burial will be in Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association, 100 West 10th Street, Suite 1002, Wilmington, DE 19801.
