RUBY G. SMITH (Age 100)  
On Friday, February 24, 2012. Loving wife of the late St. Elmo Smith, Sr.; beloved mother of Sandra Ferguson, Margretta Kennedy (James), Jamine Jones (Leandre), St. Elmo, Jr. (Janette), Michael (Barbara) and Timothy Smith. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters; two brothers; one goddaughter; one brother-in-law; two sisters-in-law; other relatives and friends. Mrs. Smith will lie in state at Holy Temple Church of Christ, 439 12th St., SE, Friday, March 2 from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Interment Maryland National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, family suggest contributions be made to the United Negro College Fund or the American Heart Association. Arrangements by STEWART.
