RUSSELL DALE MOREHEAD, 84, Lakewood Ranch, FL. Son of Russell and Ann Morehead, was born in Richmond, IN on October 17, 1922. He was a beteran of WWII (Navy) and a Cryptanalyst for the Federal Government for 34 years. He retired in 1978 and moved to Sarasota, FL with his new bride in October 1981 and moved to Lakewood Ranch in 1997. He is survived by his wife of 25 years Frances Gatton Morehead; three children Linda, Douglas and David Morehead; two grandsons Joshua and Gregory; a stepdaughter Karen Bacorn; and her daughter Nicole. He was an avid sports fan and crossword and sudoku player. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery at 10 a.m., Friday, September 28.
