On June 18, 2013, Ruth S. Simon (nee Scherr); beloved wife of the late Julian Simon; beloved mother of Joan (Dr. Steven) Mazer, Patricia Simon-Phelan (late William Phelan), and the late Carl Simon; devoted sister of the late Irene Bressler and Sylvia Zimmerman; loving grandmother of Alexander Mazer, Elizabeth Mazer and Julian Simon.Funeral services and interment will be held at Beth Jacob Cemetery - Finksburg, MD on Thursday, June 20, at 1 p.m. Please omit flowers.
