SARAH BIAL Obituary
SARAH ELIZABETH BIAL
Sarah Elizabeth Bial, age 17, died Saturday, August 24, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident in Panola County. The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Oxford with The Reverend Taylor Moore and The Reverend Marian Fortner officiating. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home. Sarah was a student at Oxford High School and a member of the National Honor Society. She was a Duke T.I.P. Candidate and a Delegate to the HOBY Leadership Conference. Sarah had a heart for giving and serving others and found joy in volunteering at many local organizations. She especially enjoyed her time spent at Memory Makers, visiting the elderly in nursing homes and participating in More Than A Meal. She had a soft heart for animals, loved traveling, enjoyed writing and rock climbing and, more than anything, enjoyed hanging out with her brother and sister. Survivors include her father, Joseph Bial of Arlington, VA; her mother, Leigh Solomon of Oxford, MS; her sister, Lauren Bial of Oxford, MS; her brother, John Bial of Oxford, MS; her grandparents, Jeff and Sharon Solomon of Bay St. Louis, MS, Joseph Bial, Jr., Gayle Nemeth, William F. Leigh: I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter. There is a Bible account at Mark 5:35-42 in which parents loss their beloved daughter but Jesus brought her back to life and her parents "were beside themselves with great ectasy." Jesus, too, will do that for your beloved daughter Sara. Thoughts are with you.
