SHIRLEY ANN BEDERMAN
On Saturday, March 30, 2013, Shirley Ann Bederman, of Rockville, MD. Beloved Wife of the late William Bederman to whom she was married 42 years; mother of Rosalie Smith (Susan Jewett), Claire Livingston (Scott), Andrew Bederman (Jill); grandmother of Jason Wade (Allison), Sarah Bederman, Jacob Livingston, David Bederman and Noah Livingston; great-grandmother of Eli Wade; sister of the late Stanley Simon. Graveside Service and Interment will be held at JUDEAN MEMORIAL GARDENS, 16225 BATCHELLORS FOREST ROAD, OLNEY, MD, on Tuesday, April 2, at 1 p.m. The family will be observing Shiva at the residence of Andrew and Jill Bederman following interment. Memorial contributions may be made to University of Maryland School of Nursing. Services entrusted to Danzansky-Goldberg Memorial Chapel.

Shirley and Bill Bederman – two of the nicest people I've ever known. Shirley helped me get my first job. She hosted many family and neighborhood get-togethers. She was kind, intelligent, perceptive, generous, and gracious. While I have not been in touch with her or her family in years, I've never forgotten the Bederman hospitality and friendship that was offered to me by Shirley and her family.
