Sophocles Hero Obituary
On Sunday, April 13, 2003, SOPHOCLES ARISTIDES HERO of Reston, VA. Beloved husband of Aphrodite S. Hero; devoted father of Gregory S. Hero (Susan H. Hero); loving brother of Byron A. Hero. Also survived by four grandchildren, Andreas, Nicole, Devon and Keenan. Friends may call at the ARLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 3901 N. Fairfax Dr., Arlington, VA on Thursday, April 17 from 6 to 8 p.m., with services to be at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 36th Ave. and Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC on Friday, April 18, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Columbia Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to the National Symphony Orchestra or Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown University Hospital.
