On August 28, 2003 of Annapolis, MD. Beloved husband of Shirley Mae Lowe; loving father of Douglas Edwin Lowe of Reston, VA, Russell Keith Lowe of Fair Oaks, CA and Susan Emily Spence of Needham, MA; cherished grandfather of Emily, Darla, Alex, Patrick and Colin. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, October 27, at 11 a.m. Family and friends will gather at the Administration Building at 10:30 a.m. After the interment, a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. the same day at the U.S. Naval Academy Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1041 Rt. 3 North, Gambrills, MD 21054 or Hospice of the Chesapeake, 8424 Veterans Highway, Millersville, MD 21108.
