On Thursday, January 19, 2017, STEPHEN E. STORCH of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of Marilyn Storch; loving father of Mark (Johanna Matsui) Storch and Phyllis (Benjamin) Stoll; dear grandfather of Nathan and Rachel Stoll. A graveside funeral service will be held on January 20, 2017, 2 p.m. at Judean Memorial Gardens, Olney, MD. Shiva will be announced. Arrangements entrusted to TORCHINSKY HEBREW FUNERAL HOME, 202-541-1001 (endorsed by The Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington).
