STEVEN KAPLAN
ON June 14, 2007 of Great Falls, VA. Husband of Sheri David (nee Lichtenstein); father of Rudy Kaplan and Dallas Kaplan; stepfather of Ryan David and Matthew (Michelle) David; son of Leon Kaplan and the late Ruth (nee Cohen); step-son of May Kaplan; brother of Naomi Lokoff and the late Dale Kaplan; step-brother of Richard Blutstein, Wendy Blutstein and Laura Blutstein. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Sunday, June 17, 2007 at 2 p.m. at the Har Jehuda Cemetery, Lansdowne Avenue, Upper Darby, PA. The family will return to the Lokoff residence in Dresher, PA and respectfully request that contributions in his memory be made to Air Force Aid Society, 241 18th Street, Suite #202, Arlington, VA 22202 or to the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Research, 375 Homewood Road, Los Angeles, CA 90049. Steve was a mentor to me and more than that, a friend. I will always think of him everytime I see one of those ugly little BMW M coupes that I talked him into buying instead of the Firebird he was considering. I'm sorry we never got to take that canoe trip with the kids we were planning on. You will be missed greatly.

Kaplan Family, Steve was my friend and shall always be remembered as a Gentleman, a Man who never said anything but good of anyone, a Man who I loved to talk with and heaven knows loved to kid with pertaining to my putting some bumper sticker on his vehicle.
