Steven Lewis Obituary

LEWIS STEVEN R. LEWIS On Monday, January 14, 2008, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Candace S. Lewis; loving father of Nathan M. Lewis. Also survived by brothers Phillip G. Lewis, William E. Lewis; father Theodore G. Lewis; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and in-laws. Private interment. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Steve's life at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 1514 15th St. N.W. on Monday, January 21, 2008 at 10 a.m., with a memorial Eucharist to follow. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to Holy Cross Hospital, information at www.holycrosshealth.org . and/or to University of Maryland Greenbaum Cancer Center, www.umgcc.org . Arrangements by MCGUIRE.
