SYLVIA KAYE
Passed away peacefully at the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington on Thursday night, May 24, 2012. Loving mother of three daughters, Nancy Sheintal (Ami), Hillary Kaye, and Vicki Kaye (David Panzer). She had four grandchildren, Lyat, Josh (Marcie), Jeremy, and Elan (Lauren) and eight great-grandchildren.She lived an active and full life with many friends at Homecrest House in Silver Spring until she became ill and moved to the Hebrew Home. She worked at Holy Cross Hospital for 20 years before retiring. There will be a graveside service at King David Cemetery on Tuesday, May 29, at 1:30. Family will be receiving guests after the funeral at the home of Nancy and Ami Sheintal at 1903 Sunrise Drive and will be sitting Shiva at 7 p.m. at the same address until Thursday night. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to the Hebrew Home Of Greater Washington 6121 Montrose Road Rockville, MD 20852 attention development department and Montgomery Hospice 1355 Piccard Drive Suite 100 Rockville, MD 20850. Services entrusted to Edward Sagel Funeral Direction.
