On Wednesday, November 24, 2004 of Bryans Road, MD. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Thomas, Sr.; mother of Harold, Curtis, Clifton, William, Marjorie and the late Lloyd Thomas, Jr. Also surviving are two sisters, two brothers, and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing, Monday, November 29, 6 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, November 30, 9 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m. at Metropolitan United Methodist Church, Pomonkey, MD. Interment church cemetery. Arrangements by THORNTON FUNERAL HOME.

Granny,
I know you hear me talking to you everyday. I will think of you each and everyday for the rest of my life until we meet again. Like I said before, you taught me to make my first and best hamburger, meatloaf and of course, apple pie and the pie crust. You were the greatest and you will remain the GREATEST. I love you and I will always miss you. Just knowing you're in a better place than I is enough for me to hold on. Thanks for all the good times and sitting there on your stool in the kitchen watching me prepare your Sunday's dinner on Saturday evenings. You know, you just were making sure I put the right ingredients in, that's all, right(Smile:) Love Ya 4 Ever.

We must take comfort in knowing that God does not make a mistake. Sister Thomas served well while she was here so God decided it was time for her to take a rest. Continue to pray to God and He will supply all your needs if you ask in his name. Love to the family.

I'm sorry to hear of your Mom, you know if I knew before the services I would been there with you all.
I'm Your family DJ during our Reunions of the Past. Hey Curtis, tell all I just want them to hold on. And keep cooking every year the She want it to be.
Because my Dad left me 2 years ago he was 84 yrs.old. I still miss him. But thank God for the time the family spent together with Thelery,
I will always have a silent moment for the members in your family at each and every event if I provide the music. GOD BLESS

Aunt Thelery has been my surrogate grandmother my entire life, but especially these last nine years. She's been my advisor when it comes to cooking. I'll miss visiting and calling her very much.

Oh, I have so many great memories of Aunt Thelery. I think of all the times Grandad (Felix) and I would visit and pick cherries from the cherry tree...and the way she always greeted us with something sweet (and tell Grandad he needed to put a hat on)! She will be deeply missed.

I remember spending summers at Grandma Thelery's house when I was little and it was so much fun. One summer we went out to the yard and picked apples, and made applesauce and applebutter. I used to love listening to her radio or riding her exercise bike down in the basement while she pickled. I also have fond memories of playing connect four, and countless trips to Roy Rodgers. Grandma had such a special place in all of our hearts, and it's been such a blessing to spend time with her. I love her so much and she will be missed.
