on Sunday, April 18, 2004. Beloved husband of Ann H. Dunlop; devoted father of Angela Woods, Kevin A. and Dexter Dunlop and Leroy Mitchell; grandfather of Ryan and Ashley; brother of Marion D. Bullock. Also survived by a brother-in-law, Harold (Estralda) Henderson; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Mr. Dunlop may be viewed at STEWART FUNERAL HOME, 4001 Benning Rd. N.E., Saturday, April 24, from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.

Dear Ann and family I was sorry to hear of Ted's passing. He was a very kind and pleasant man. I will always remember your family for your great parties; and, Ted, specifically, for his famous shrimp salad.
