On Sunday, May 18, 2014, TOBY RAPPAPORT CUTLER of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of Dr. Herschel Cutler. Devoted mother of Jonathan (Nancy), Margie, and Abigail. Dear sister of Dr. Richard (Laura) Rappaport. Dear sister-in-law of Dr. Suzanne Cutler. Loving grandmother of Zachary and Gabriel, Samantha and Tabitha. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, 12:30 p.m. at Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel, Olney, MD. Shiva will be observed at the late residence. Her family was always the center of her world, her humor and grace will be forever missed. Memorial contributions may be made to Shabbat Sing at Gan Hayeled at Adas Israel Congregation, 2850 Quebec St., NW, Washington, DC 20008. Arrangements entrusted to TORCHINSKY HEBREW FUNERAL HOME, 202-541-1001 (endorsed by The Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington).

My sympathies are with Toby's family as they mourn the loss of a wonderful women. I spent many wonderful hours getting to know Toby and loving the many lunches we shared and any time I spent with her. She was a most gracious woman with a great style all her own. I will greatly miss her!
