Toye will be missed greatly. Never knew her to be down about anything. When she came to visit my home, she always had a smile on her face or saying something funny. To the family of Toye, be strong in the Lord. God is too wise to make a mistake. Remember the good times that you had with Toye for memories never vanish. I'll keep you in my prayers, the sister of Claudette Proctor, Toye's best friend.

You have my deepest sympathy. When I heard, I was in disbelief. It seems I had just seen Brenda in the hall on the 5th floor and she was beaming about the impending birth of her grandchild. To hear just months later that Brenda's daughter and the mother of that grandchild has transitioned to God was such a shock. Believe in God for he does not make mistakes. She was a mortal here on earth for a short while, but is now an Angel forever in heaven. Cry if you must, but remember the precious memories and smile.

To The Anderson Family

Our condolences goes out to the entire family in their time of loss. God sometimes takes the best flower out of the garden so the other flowers can be noticed. Surely all things are planned and God is the best of planners. May He comfort you and give you strength through your time of bereavement. Surely she will be missed and forever in your hearts. May she rest in peace, comfort, and joy for all of eternity. May God accept her prayers in this life and allow her to enter into Paradise. I am sorry that I will not be able to be in attendance buy my spirit and love goes out to all of you.

Hey Ms. Anderson,

Words can not explain the pain that I have felt since October 24. Although your shell is no longer with us your spirit will forever be with us. I am so glad that God gave me the opportunity to be your first cousin for 35 years of my life. We have shared the most memorable moments since 500 F. Street, 1612 6. Street, 610 Irving Street, 1308 Clifton Street, 5506 54th Street, 403 N. Street and all of the apartments that my sister lived in.

Toye, He (God) make no mistakes and only he knows the reason for seperating us. I only wish that we had just a little more time to share with each other. Don't you worry Kiara and Mekhi will be well taken care of. You enjoy your new place called home for you have no more worries. Continue to be our Angel.

Love You With All Of My Heart

Your Cousin

Now, who could bake a cake like "Torie"? If not your dancing, I will truly miss your personality and your smile. Toye, we all love you but God loves you more.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to the family. Fleming, keep your head up and stay strong for the kids. It may don't seem like it now, but time heals all wounds.

I would first like to start off by saying that I am in total disbelief that one the Kindest and Warmest persons that I have ever met has passed. Although, Toye and I have never really had the chance to hang out (since I was always to young, LOL) I always wished I could. I remember the stories she and cynthia would share about their nights out painting the town. Oh, how I wish that I could have been right there with them. I will miss all of her jokes, her outgoing personality and most of all her smile. Toye you will truly be missed but never forgotten. To Toye's family please stay strong and hold on to all the precious memories you have shared, just when times seem to be at there worst, look to the Lord and he will pull you through.

Toye...I still can't believe you are no longer here physically. I remember first meeting you and you had the warmest smile any person could have. You will truly be missed by many and although I haven't spoken with you in a while you were and still are thought about often. I know God doesn't make mistakes and I know you're up there smiling down and probably baking a cake...girl you know you could bake some cakes and I want to thank you personally for always showing having a smile on your face that enlightened others. Sharon, Tish and I were just talking about you last night and they too are still in disbelief over your passing.

I pray family's strength in the Lord and know that Toye is no longer suffering and has gone on home to glory.

Love you girl...Cassandra

I would like to send my condolences to the family of Toye. The time that we have shared with her has been a joyous one. Let not our hearts be heavy, but in time we will understand why. Toye's time was too short for me, but who am I to question the Lord. I will miss her beautiful personality and most of all her smile. I know she is in heaven smiling with the Angel's. God doesn't make any mistakes we just have to pray for strength and guidance. My memories of Toye will never fade for she was a family member to me. Peace and Blessing to the family and most of all her loving brother (Fleming) and children.

Love,

Cookie (Nookies, Toye would say)

Who would every think that God would call for my best friend to come home so early. Toye will be missed very much, I will always hold onto our memories and the fun we had at Bladensburg High School. Thank you for giving me the best years of my life, and I will make sure I share them with Kiara and Mekhi and your mom Brenda and Fleming, Danielle, and Laureen. They will know what a loving and caring mother and sister they had. Best frieinds for ever that we stayed no matter how often we talk, there was a bond that we shared that no one could every replace. Many poeple were jealous of our friendship because you were truly a friend to the end. I will miss your smile and the laughter you always brought with you, no matter what we were going through you keep a smile that will always be missed. Love, YOUR BEST FRIEND TO THE END CLAUDETTE
