Tyler was a friend first and foremost and also my supervisor when we were overseas together. He was a wonderful human being who cared deeply bout his friends and his work . He was the type person one can never forget . May he always rest in peace.

Linda and family,
Odette and I were overseas on a trip when Tyler passed else we would have been at his funeral. I enjoyed working with him in Germany in the 90's and working directly for him in the early 2000s in Washington. A first class person who told it like it was, had a very kind heart and was always a true gentleman. The Agency and our country were fortunate to have had him in key leadership positions. I personally owe Tyler a lot- he was a good friend, a great boss and just an all around terrific person.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you.
