To the Nathan family from the WEBB family our deepest condolences, during this time of your great lost. I have always looked up to Captain Nathan and have much respect for him as a friend and co-worker, for 33 years we worked together with the Federal Protective Service and the Defense Protective Service Police. On many an occasion, Captain Nathan was there to help me whenever I needed it. Captain Nathan believed in me enough to recommend me for the position of Criminal Investigator with the Pentagon Police for that I’m forever grateful. I will miss our conversations and his welcoming smile. Ulysses was also a brother MASON; being from the same lodge (Warren 8) it was an honor to have shared the same lodge with him. Farewell my fiend, mentor, and brother. I know you are still looking out for me.

Mr. Nathan, you shared and enlightened me so many things relating to my four daughters. I often consulted with you seeing that you demonstrated so much wisdom, understanding, caring and love for your daughters. I admired and valued your Godly relationship you had with them as you conveyed many circumstances and situations you had experienced with your girls that assisted me in training my girls. You will be missed, however, “We are confident, I say, and willing that to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord! 2 Corinthians 5:8.”

My condolences goes out to the Nathan family in their hours of bereavement. God only calls the best home and your Father was called home to rest where there will be no more pain. You can weep for a moment, but joy comes in the morning. There's nothing I can say to relieve the pain and hurt, but my prayers are with the Nathan family. God Bless
