I give thanks to Mr. Wilson for sharing his life and his family with me. I only hope that in some measure I had return the favor. You will be forever missed by me, but I know God is glad to have you on board. No doubt you will be a great Angel and mentor. May God continue to bless your family....George

BEYOND LIFE'S GATEWAY
There's an open gate
At the end of the road
Through which each must go alone,
And there in a light we cannot see
Our Father claims His own;
Beyond the gate your loved one
Finds happiness and rest
And there is comfort
In the thought
That a loving God knows best.

you left this earth
with your family behind
you taught them so many things
you will always dwell in their minds
the love for you has not gone anywhere
everytime someone needed you we could count on you to be there
you were amazing in so many ways
thats why you are loved and never forgotten i promise..always

What Makes a Dad
God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun,
The calm of a quiet sea,
The generous soul of nature,
The comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages,
The power of the eagle's flight,
The joy of a morning in spring,
The faith of a mustard seed,
The patience of eternity,
The depth of a family need,
Then God combined these qualities,
When there was nothing more to add,
He knew His masterpiece was complete,
And so,
He called it ... Dad

Granddaddy, I really miss you and I still regret everyday not being able to tell you one last time I loved you. I really need you with me because it seems that life is getting harder and I need your expertises on how to handle things. I really love you and I am so excited to finally get to see you once again. I know you enjoyed my song because I could feel you right there with me smiling and being so proud of me. I love you and thank you for everything you've done.see you soon!

Wilson, I still expect to hear you answer the phone saying, "Sister Allen". Not only did you give me a second home in Japan, you and your family were with me in times of crisis and gladness. What joy and gladness our families shared because of your thoughtfulness and love. You will be missed on the phone and in our family mix, but I know, you had a better place to go.

Uncle Ulysses L. Wilson, or Uncle June as my siblings and I called him, was a great man. As a boy, I remember when he would visit us when he would return home from over seas. When I was 9 years old, I had no idea where “over seas” was but it sounded really far away. But it didn’t matter because Uncle June was home. As I grew up I grew closer to the Wilson family. In many respects I felt as if I was an immediate family member. There were times when I felt like I knew more about the lives of Theresa, Tina and Alfreda than I did Beverly and Faye’s. My marriage took me in a different direction, away from Uncle June and family. This year I had hoped to rekindle that relationship I had with him because I missed those rather intimate Uncle to nephew talks that only he and I shared. I miss you Uncle June.

Each life is song. A life is like a song we write in our own tone and key. Each life we touch reflects a note that forms the melody. We choose the theme and chorus of the song to bear our name. And each will have a special sound, but no two can be the same. So when someone we love departs, in memory we find their song plays on within the hearts of those they leave behind.

Brother Wilson, I will always remember when you literally "gave of your left shoe", one year when I arrived at the Grand Lodge Session and had left my black shoes home. That is just the type of person that you were. Someone who was quiet, but always there to provide advice and needed support. Rest in the peace until we are once again united on that Celestrial Shore.

My Dearest Husband,
How Blessed I have been throughout our marriage.
You understood and anticipated my every thought.
I feel certain we were destined to be together.
Love doesnt just make the world go round, it is the greatest trip we traveled.
How blessed I am to have had you on board as my loving husband.
