VERA COOPER RUBIN
A Washington, DC resident for seven decades, Vera died on December 25, 2016, in Princeton, New Jersey. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 3 p.m. on February 26 at Temple Sinai, 3100 Military Rd., NW.
