Was called Home on Saturday, August 28, 2004. Beloved wife of Joseph L. Woodard; devoted mother of William, Marian and the late Darlene. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be held Friday, September 3, 2004 at Israel Metropolitan C.M.E. Church, 557 Randolph St., N.W., viewing, 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 12 Noon. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
